Sources Sought/Market Survey *** This is NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE or an announcement of a solicitation*** This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Department of Veteran Affairs, VA Healthcare System, Independence, OH to identify all sources that can provide the following: LOCATION: John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit Michigan 48201 The replacement of a Complete OEM High Cycle High Speed Barrel Assembly Parking Entrance Roll up Door. Contractor shall provide the necessary replacement Barrel Assembly sized to fit existing door which is 11 x 12 6 with a weight capacity of 2200 lbs. The door is a Marathon Door, Hydraroll Series Model 109 Hydraulic. The Barrel Assembly is to be a complete OEM assembly-barrel, shaft, torsion springs, sprocket & roller chain designed for high cycle high speed operation. Contactor shall remove the existing Roll up Door Spring and Haul away all debris.
