Description

The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Food and Drug Administration's intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract for access to Politico Pro On-line Subscription for the Office of Legislation for 15 users. For this requirement, the Contractor shall provide access to congressional information displayed in a format that is user friendly with easy navigation, timely updates, and one-stop concise access to the following features: - Providing up-to-the-minute updates on healthcare related actions in order to stay ahead of the latest developments. - Commentary that displays multiple opinions from multiple parts of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's constituency - Providing access to documents and statements by other groups and Congressional offices - Providing information about and coverage of Healthcare events that are taking place outside the agency. The contractor shall also provide real-time email alerts, provide morning and afternoon newsletters on matters driving the dialogue on Capitol Hill, and provides an events calendar with upcoming committee hearings, events, and seminars. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, however, interested firms may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement with pricing information by June 19, 2017 @ 9:00 AM EST to Tiffany Williamson, Contract Specialist, Phone: (240) 402-7558, Email: tiffany.williamson@fda.hhs.gov. A determination not to open competition based responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
