- Solicitation W912CN-17-Q-0078 laboratory Analysis Services for Asbestos The Contractor shall analyze for asbestos and metals in samples taken from various Army Installations on the Islands of Oahu and Hawaii (Kilauea Military Camp (KMC) and Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA)). The Government is responsible for the transportation of KMC and PTA samples to the Island of Oahu for submission to the Contractor as necessary. Contract Set aside: This action will be set aside 100% to Small Business. Contract Type and Period of Performance: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirement contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 8 February 2018 to 7 February 2019 with four (4) one-year options.
