- Solicitation This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Virgin Islands intends to award a single firm fixed-price, based on price per hour contract for non-personnel services to provide one Medical Protection System (MEDPROS) Data Entry/Administrative Support, to conduct medical readiness operations and actions across the full medical readiness spectrum, for the Virgin Islands National Guard, located on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. The period of performance for this contract begins 12 months. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry classification (NAICS) Code is 561110, with a size standard of $7,500,000.00. The Service Contract Act of 1965 as amended applies to this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that will be considered by this Agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer on this solicitation must be registered in the FedBizOpps registration requires the following information: 1) System for Award Management (SAMS) (formerly Central Contractor Registration- CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), 2) DUNS Number and CAGE Code, 3) Telephone Number, and 4) email address.
