- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone to interests qualified vendors who can provide the following service to provide and install room pressure monitors for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC), 2300 Ramsey Street, NC 28301: All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to Kimberly.wilson9@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. In response, please include the following: Company/individual name, Address, Point of contact with phone number Information describing your interest, Indicate FSS/GSA contract number or Open Market, as applicable FSS Category you qualify for Tax ID number DUNS number Capabilities statement Company Socio-Economic SIZE (example large, small, SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB etc.) 1. Contractor is to provide supervision, labor, materials, standard start-up, checkout, programming, as-built drawings, and equipment necessary to install Room Pressure Monitors. 2. Certified Test & Balance to verify required room pressures and air changes. 3. Update the Tridium Workstation graphics and alarms to include newly installed controls and associated floor plans. 4. Provide and install control wiring. All wiring shall be in EMT conduit and installed per VA standards. 5. Labor to support Test and Balance. 6. Work during normal and premium working hours as required. 7. Provide Staff Training for end users. 8. One-year warranty. PLEASE REPLY NO LATER THAN JUNE 12, 2017 BY 4:30PM
