Description

This notice of intent is to award a contract directly to Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company, Inc. (CEMCO). NAVFAC Expeditionary and Engineering Warfare Center (EXWC), Port Hueneme, CA intends to award a contract, on a Sole Source basis, to CEMCO, 782 State Hwy 251, Olney, TX 76374 to purchase two (2) New Equipment Training Event for the CEMCO (model 220D) Concrete Central Mix Batch Plant. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only CEMCO, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). CEMCO Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) and will have immediate access to the OEM proprietary information, factory engineering data, and OEM technical support to provide the required training knowledge. The proposed award is for a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NAICS code is 333120. The prospective offeror is actively registered in SAMS at www.sam.gov.
