Description

Statement of Need Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, Surgical Service ENT Program has a need for 2 Zeiss OPMI Pico Microscopes or equal ENT Optical microscopes to examine, diagnose and manage injuries and diseases of the ears, nose, and throat. VHSO has other Carl Zeiss pieces of equipment in both the clinics and operating rooms. The optical components must interchange with our existing Zeiss ENT Microscope(s). Will be used by: ENT Surgeons Salient: We require a microscope with LED illumination We require a microscope with 5step magnification. We require a microscope that can be wall mounted. Must feature Full Apochromatic optics which allows for better resolution at higher magnification. Must have coaxial LED light which gives better depth perception. Must be able to interchange with our existing Zeiss ENT Microscope(s) Must have local full-time Factory Trained Field Service Engineers to service and maintain our microscopes.
