Description

VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) Fort Wayne is soliciting offers for mixed hazardous and biohazardous waste collection and disposal located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, equipment, supplies, packaging, labor/personnel, manifests, reports, and transportation services for the collection and disposal of mixed hazardous and biohazardous waste for VANIHCS Pathology & Laboratory service on a monthly basis. The contractor shall comply with state and local requirements, including obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals. Solicitation will be released on or before June 6, 2017.   The government is not responsible to make available paper copies.   Questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at toni.walker@va.gov. No individual notification of amendments will be provided.   Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document.   This is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).   The NAICS code for this requirement is 562112.   The size standard is $38.5 million.
