This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) and all applicable documents to Conduct Well Abandonment at Site SS509 at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), Nebraska, solicitation have been posted/uploaded onto the FEDBIZOPPS website. Please note the following due dates: Questions Due: 2:00 PM CT on 14 June 2017 Proposal Due Date: 2:00 PM CT on 11 July 2017 DESCRIPTION OF WORK PROPOSED: The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron/Environmental Contracting (772 ESS/PKS) at JBSA Lackland, TX, has been asked to Conduct Well Abandonment at Site SS509 at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), Nebraska. The Contractor shall perform all necessary activities required to meet the requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance (POP) will be 12 (twelve) months. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: The 772 ESS/PKS intends to award a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for conducting Well Abandonment at Site SS509 at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), Nebraska. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this Acquisition is 562910 (size standard 750 employees). This requirement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the RFP requirements and submitted by the date indicated in this announcement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of this solicitation are available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents are posted with this announcement and made available for viewing in FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov). Any amendments to the RFP (if required) will be posted in FedBizOpps. Interested parties are reminded that they are responsible for checking FedBizOpps for new information concerning this requirement. Any communications with the Government from the date of this solicitation through contract award shall be directed in writing to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Ms. Johanna G. Mendiola. Email correspondence shall be sent to Ms. Mendiola with a copy to the contract specialist, Angelica Alcayde. System for Award Management (SAM) Requirements: Offerors must be registered in the SAM database. If registration is not complete by the required time, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
