Responses to this sources sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NACIS 334112, COMPUTER STORAGE DEVICE MANUFACTURING, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on the Federal Business Opportunities website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO21), is seeking sources for a potential contractor to Provide Software/Hardware Extended Support Services for PacsCube for VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 6900 N Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086-4400. Contractor shall ensure continued software updates, technical support, and replacement for failed hardware. The PacsCube system produces DICOM-rich CDs/DVDs, while custom labeling each disc with patient information and facility logo. Each disc also contains the DCS DICOM viewing software, providing image review capabilities on par with those found on most PACS workstations. 3400 Everest 400/Dell 790 will cover dates 10/1/2017 to 4/30/2018 (6 months) because unit is at end-of-life. 6100 / PRISM III / Dell 790 will cover dates 10/1/2017 to 4/30/2018 (6 months) because the unit is at end of life. 200/ Prism III / Dell 9020 will cover 10/1/2017 9/30/2018.
