No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this RFI or Government use of any information provided. Regardless of the information obtained from this RFI, the Government is in no way obligated to any further action. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response to this RFI. The Government reserves the right to use any/all information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate, including using technical information provided by respondents in any resultant solicitation. At this time no solicitation exists; therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. Note: RFI HSCG44-17-I-170002 will be posted on FedBizOpps and sent to contractors with DHS TacCom (Technical Category 1) contracts. Interested contractors only need to respond to RFI HSCG44-17-I-170002 once. Requirement: This RFI is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard, C4ITSC-CPD-C3CEN Contracting Office to collect information regarding the procurement and installation of Radio Control Systems for Rescue 21 Coastal. A Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and draft CDRLs are attached to this RFI; the draft PWS and CDRLs are subject to revisions at the sole discretion of the Government. Interested parties are expected to review this RFI and the draft PWS/CDRLs to familiarize themselves with the requirement. Anticipated Contract Type/Vehicle: To Be Decided Anticipated Period of Performance : Five Years Anticipated NAICS Code/Size Standard : NAICS Code - 334220 / Size Standard - 1,250 employees. Submission of Information: Contractors having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information in response to this RFI. Contractors can respond to this RFI via e-mail to Christina.M.Grimstead@uscg.mil no later than June 6, 2017 at 12:00PM, Eastern with the following information/documentation: 1. Provide Name of Company, Address, DUNS Number, and CAGE Code. 2. Provide Name of Point of Contact, E-mail Address, and Phone Number. 3. Provide business size(s) applicable to NAICS Code 334220 / Size Standard 1,250 (from the list below, specify all that apply to your company): 8(a) Small Business SBA-Certified HUBZone Small Business (HUBZone) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Small Business (SB) Large Business (LB) 4. If applicable, provide your company's DHS TacCom (Technical Category 1) Contract number if you believe this requirement can be met within the scope and requirements of your DHS TacCom contact. 5. Provide your company's Facility Security Clearance Level (FCL). 6. Provide feedback, questions, and/or concerns regarding the information in the attached draft PWS and draft CDRLs. The draft PWS is provided in Word.doc format in case a respondent desires to provide comments within the Word.doc (please insert Comments and utilize Track Changes via the "Review" tab in Word.) 7. Provide corporate affiliations, potential joint venture partners, teaming partners, and/or major subcontractor information. 8. Provide a positive statement of your intent to submit an offer as a prime contractor if a solicitation is issued for this requirement.
