See the attached SOW for more information. EVALUATION FACTORS Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) SET-ASIDE This acquisition is Total Small Business Set-Aside accordance with FAR 6.203. QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE RFQ All questions must be submitted in writing. DOS shall accept questions by e-mail. Written questions relating to this RFQ shall be accepted through 2:00 PM (local Washington D.C. time) on 15 June 2017.
