- W912CM-17-T-0014 Amendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment W912CM-17-T-0014 0003 is to extend the date for receipt of offeror from 30 May 2017 at 0800 CET Germany to 7 June 2017 at 0800 CET Germany. NOTE: Amendment 0002 is reserved. It was created erroneously and will not be issued. Vendors are required to submit a signed copy of the initial solicitation and amendment 0003 only with their offer. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ---------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this amendment W912CM-17-T-0014 0001 is to: 1) Revise Technical Exhibit 1 - Price Schedule. 2) Revise Technical Exhibit 2 - Floor Mats Dimensions 3) Revise Technical Exhibit 3 - Floor Mats Delivery Locations. 4) Revise PWS paragraph 5.1.3. 5) To extend the Solicitation due Date from 4 May 2017 at 0800 CET Germany to 30 May 2017 at 0800 CET Germany. -------------------------------------------------------------------- The Regional Contracting Office intends to competitively award a firm fixed price base plus two (2) Option periods supply contract to supply, clean and exchange Floor Mats for DPW Warehouse, Clay Kaserne, USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. The Request for Quote (RFQ) W912CM-17-T-0014 will be issued on or about 23 March 2017. Respond by Date: 24 April 2017 at 0800 CET Germany The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site or can be requested by: Joann Theodore, Tel:+49-611-143-546-6735, Email: joann.theodore.civ@mail.mil Invoicing and payments will be processed electronically via the Wide Area Work Flow (iRAPT) portal as described in detail in the Addendum to 52.212-4.
