CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENTS LISTING - PART II CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENTS LISTING - PART I DD FORM 1653 - TRANSPORTATION DATA AFMC FORM 158 - PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT AWARDABLE TASK ORDER BID SCHEDULE AWARDABLE TASK ORDER 3 - Parts Availability and Configuration Control AWARDABLE TASK ORDER 2 - Health Assessment AWARDABLE TASK ORDER 1 - Drawing Tree RFP Section M - EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD RFP Section L - INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS SOLICITATION This is a notice of intent that Support Equipment and Vehicles Division at Robins AFB, Georgia (AFLCMC/WNZ) anticipates issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of Engineering Servcies in support of the Munitions Handling Unit (MHU) 110/141 program; NSNs 1740-01-031-5868 RN and 1740-00-342-1740 RN. The Munitions Handling Unit-110 and Munitions Handling Unit-141 (herein referred to as MHU-110/141) are used to store, transport, and/or position B-1B, B-2, B-52, F-15, F-16, F-22, F-35, A-10, AC-130U, CV-22, C-5, C-17, KC-46, KC-10 RC-135, C-130, E-3, E-4, E-8, HH-60, MQ-9 conventional/nuclear munitions and countermeasures for DoD. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with the mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will utilize lowest price, technically acceptable acquisition methodology and will evaluate proposals and make award in accordance with the Evaluation Basis for Award provision in the RFP. Offerors will be required to submit cost/price volume and performance volume in accordance with the RFP provisions. Interested sources are advised that the RFP will require the submission of a detailed technical proposal. We anticipate awarding up to three (3) Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract(s). As this requirement has been set-aside 100% for small business competition, no foreign companies will be permitted to participate in the competition. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on May 30, 2017 and anticipated award in the September 2017 timeframe. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. A copy of this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps at https://www.fedbizopps.gov.
