Company: SOURCE ONE HEALTHCARE DBA MERRY X-RAY 2915 COURTYARDS DRIVE NORCROSS, GA 30071 Proprietary Letter provided and on record with this procurement. Equipment has a high probability of being traded in during this contract period as the equipment is very old. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. If you have not conducted business with the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina, you will be required to complete Vendor/Payment Forms to be entered into the local systems in order to be eligible for award. Please ensure all bid offer emails are titled referencing the Solicitation Number and Title of Service i.e. VA247-17-N-0556 Sorna CD Burner so that they may be placed in the proper file folder for consideration.
