- This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 339113 (size standard 750 employees). Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions and are not considered adequate responses to a potential future solicitation announcement. The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System is seeking sources that can perform the following; The VA requires 4 Vera II 600 with Scale, Linak Wall Charger and Battery, and Back Belt. Spine and Imaging Tops are equipped to support patient weight up to 650 pounds while remaining fully radiolucent. Featuring powered floor locks, a unique table top mounting interface, and a streamlined 180 degree rotation mechanism, Trios offers efficiency and ease of use through an enhanced system. With a focus on enhanced safety and precision, Trios offers a distinct user interface designed to complement the operating room workflow. This modern system features a table platform known for its customizable patient positioning for all spine and imaging procedures, including those requiring 180 degree rotation. 650 lbs. Weight Capacity Powered Floor Locks New table top connection interface Carbon fiber frame provides complete radiolucency Unrestricted C-arm and O-arm access Open frame reduces vena cava compression, minimizes epidural venous bleeding and improves visualization at the surgical site Customizable pad and component placement to meet individual patient needs Adjustment of table tops position relative to the cross bar is readily achieved using towers unique ratchet mechanism The IntelliPENDANT, a software-driven hand pendant, controls all table functions: Floor Locks, Height, Lateral Roll, Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg and Return to Level Auxiliary Panel provides a secondary source for controlling table motion Tempur-Pedic Medical Pad technology incorporated into all patient surfaces. Advanced Control Pad System (ACP) stimulates hip/thigh pressure points during surgery with prone patient Facilitates safe and efficient rotations from supine to prone through 180 degree rotation. Responses to this request should include a capability statement, and three (3) customer references to which you have provided similar repairs. Responses should also include company name, address, point of contact, size of business pursuant to the following questions: (1) is this service available under a federal supply schedule (GSA)? If yes, please provide the contract number. (2) Do you directly provide these services? (3) Is your business large or small? (4) If small, does your firm qualify as a small, emerging business, or small disadvantaged business? (5) If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group and if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. (6) Is your firm a certified hub zone firm? (7) Is your firm a woman-owned or operated business? (8) Is your firm a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small or veteran owned small business? Responses to this notice shall be emailed to Kelvin Amerine, email address kelvin.amerine@va.gov. This notice will close and responses are due no later than 12:00 A.M. EDT MAY 29, 2017, Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received via e-mail. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available, if a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date.
