- Redacted J&A Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Diggers Hotline Services, in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 23 May 2017 (or subsequent date) through 22 May 2018. This requirement was sole sourced in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. Justification and Approval (J&A), #MICC-FM-J&A-16-002 has been posted to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov).
