Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research on behalf of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Durham North Carolina through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), or Small Businesses (SB) to Provide Zoll Quattro Disposable Pack, 1ea. No grey market item is acceptable. ZOLL's Intravascular Temperature Management provides the power and control you need to rapidly, safely, and effectively manage the core body temperature of critically ill or surgical patients. It controls the temperature of the saline circulating through the catheter balloons via remote sensing of the patient s temperature. The patient is cooled or warmed as venous blood passes over each balloon exchanging heat without infusing saline into the patient. The Veterans Administration is required by Public Law 109-461 to give first priority to SDVOSB and VOSB concerns if there should be sufficient firms available to compete under a set aside The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
