Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Sunrise Delineated Area: A portion of Broward County, Florida bounded as follows: North: Commercial Boulevard South: W. Oakland Park Boulevard East: Rock Island Road West: N. Pine Island Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,616 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,616 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 10 years (120 months) Firm Term: 5 years (60 months) Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous on one floor. Additional requirements will be set forth in the Request for Lease Proposal Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 17-Reg04=4FL0466. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. Note: The Total Contract Value recited herein DOES NOT INCLUDE THE VALUE OF OFFEROR’S CONCESSIONS TO THE GOVERNMENT.
