- Draft SOW for PeopleSoft Training Services for PM IPPS-A THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. THIS IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL This information will be used for market research and analysis to determine what capabilities currently exist. This notice should NOT be construed as a request for proposal or any obligation on the part of the U.S. Government. No award will be made from this announcement. No telephone calls and/or request for solicitation information will be accepted or acknowledged. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified ORACLE AUTHORIZED RESELLERS capable of providing PeopleSoft Training Services in the areas of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), Global Payroll, Human Capital Management (HCM), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), and User Productivity Kit (UPK). The professional services shall include Instructor-led material and deliver it in the standard Training Support Package which shall include the training facility and computer classroom resources, lesson plans, visual graphics, and practical exercises (knowledge and scenario based performance), student guides and job aids. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) has been attached to this notice for a more specific description of the type of services that may be required. Any interested source may provide a corporate capability statement. The statement shall explain why the source believes that it has the technical capability to meet the Government's requirements. The total length of the response shall not exceed 10 pages, excluding company brochures and catalogs. Interested parties ARE REQUIRED to provide contractor name, address, Socio-Economic Status and information regarding any Government contracts that they hold that may satisfy this potential requirement. For Government contracts (GSA, SEWP, CHESS, etc), it must be able to satisfy the entire requirement. RFI responses are due from Industry by 22 May 2017 at 3PM, Eastern Time. Responses to this synopsis shall be sent via email to John Fields at john.w.fields.civ@mail.mil. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will published and statement of work shall be provided.
