- NECO Numbered Note 1 Applies - The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. DLA Maritime-Mechanicsburg intends to issue and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), 5-year (3-year base ordering period plus 2 one-year options), IDIQ contract (IAW FAR 16.504). NSN: 8010-01-475-3093 PN: MIL-DTL-24631A (Type 1, Navy Formula 184) ESTIMATED YEARLY QTY: 350/year Federal Supply Class (FSC): 8010 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS): 325510 Size Standard: 1000 Solicitation Number SPRMM1-17-R-PH60 will be released O/A 18 May 2017 and will remain open for 30 days. The annotated closing date for this solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of this solicitation can be downloaded from Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application.
