Description
The work includes labor and material and incidental related work for the complete installation electrical for the BCO Dynamic Network Suite to be installed in building-789 according to the specifications and drawings T-100 and E-101. Provide all necessary conduit, fittings, hangers, boxes, wiring, breakers, and receptacles to complete the installation of 6 each 3-phase 208-volt 30-amp circuits and 2 each 120 volt single phase 20-amp circuits with L5-20R receptacles according the attached drawing T-100 and E-101. Furnish and install 3 each 30 amp 3 pole breakers and 1 each 1-pole breakers in the panel boards in Power Distribution Unit-3 in the data center in room 107. Remove necessary breakers not in use to make room for the new connections. Trace, locate, disconnect and remove any unused circuits including flex conduits to make way for the new breakers. Furnish and install 3 each 30 amp 3 pole breakers and 1 each 1-pole breakers in the panel boards in Power Distribution Unit-2 in the data center in room 105. Remove necessary breakers not in use to make room for the new connections. Trace, locate, disconnect and remove any unused circuits including flex conduits to make way for the new breakers. Provide necessary 3/4 liquidtite flex and fittings from under PDU-2 and PDU-3 the new IMC conduit to be run to the equipment. Provide 3/4 inch imc conduit down below the ceiling to approx 2 feet of the new equipment with a straight LB body and cover with 4-feet of 3/4 flex and fittings supplied. Equipment to be connected by others. Provide ½ inch imc conduit from the junction box over to the other racks (racks by others) as indicated on drawing E-101. Provide electrical boxes with meyers hub and 1-each L5-20R receptacles above the new BCO server equipment as indicated. Provide 6-each 3-phase 30 amp 208 volt drops with feeder wires and grounds down to above the rectifier rack. Provide 10 of feeder wires rolled up for others to connect. Provide breaker lockouts on each of the new 3 pole breakers (6-total) with locks and tagouts. The final connection of equipment will be by others in which the lockout tagout keys will be provided. Provide labeling of all receptacles, breakers, and the 6-each conduits to indicate what they feed and sources are.
