- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, has a requirement to update existing Standing Operating Procedures and create new Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Grand Coulee Dam, Washington. This also requires updating of documents associated with the revised and new SOP ¿s. These documents include annunciator and power panel resources. The SOP ¿s, annunciator documents and power panel documents are related to the installation of new protective relaying installed in the GCPO 230 KV Switchyard. Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed-price award. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, R17PS00575, (written) is approximately the first week of May 2017. The anticipated closing date is the third week of May. The anticipated award date is the fourth week of May. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 221111 Hydroelectric Power Generation. The applicable service code is T013, Technical Writing Services. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13, and 13.5, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement is a total small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
