Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NC07) has a requirement for an 811BTS Doppler w/9.3 Pencil. The requirement will be solicited as unrestricted; affording all Business concerns an opportunity to submit a responsible proposal. This requirement shall be solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The Government shall issue a Firm-Fixed Price solicitation via fbo.gov on or around April 26, 2017 in accordance with FAR 12 and 13 Background The facility currently requires Chargeable Venous Doppler that will meet the brand name or equal salient characteristics of the 811BTS Doppler w/9.3 Pencil. The facility currently requires this product for vascular studies in pre and post vascular surgery patients and to checks/detects pulses after administration of TPA for blocked blood vessels to determine efficacy of process versus pending vascular surgery or amputation. This is not a solicitation and the government is not entering into a binding agreement per this pre-solicitation notification.
