- SF 30, adding clause 52.219-3 This serves to provide notification to all HUBZone small businesses for the upcoming solicitation for services non-personal: Replace Highbay Lights Multi Bldg (QJVF 14-0031) at Minot AFB. Remove existing high and low bay fixtures and install new LED lighting fixtures. Magnitude of this solicitation is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors); The Business Size Standard is $15,000,000.00. The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available only through the FedBizOpps website at https://fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on FedBizOpps. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This project will be solicited as a 100% HUBZone set-aside with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract in which award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 15.101-2, to the offeror(s) whose evaluated offer/proposal represented the lowest priced technically acceptable. Anticipated issue date for the solicitation is at or about 30 days after issuance of this notice and can be accessed at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. Notice to Offerors: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database will cause your firm to be ineligible for any future award. NOTE 2: "Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." NOTE 3: Amendment 8 has been posted adding the clause 52.219-8, Hubzone Set aside. Please acknowledge amendments 1-8 on SF 1442 page 2.
