The conference will be held at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites located at 7115 Coastal Palms Blvd, Panama City Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, 02 May 2017 at 2:00p.m. CST in support of the follow-on procurement for the Fabrication of Mine Countermeasure Targets MK 49 MOD 1, MK 51 MOD 0, MK 52 MOD 0, MK 53 MOD 0, and MK 53 MOD 1. This notice will be posted until 05/1/2017. No further changes have been made to the original annoucement as posted. 04/14/2017. ************************************************************* ************************************************************* PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT The Naval Surface Warfare Center, (NSWC) Panama City Division is hosting a pre-solicitation conference with potential qualified vendors to provide the Fabrication of Mine Countermeasure Targets MK 49 MOD 1, MK 51 MOD 0, MK 52 MOD 0, MK 53 MOD 0, and MK 53 MOD 1. The attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) specifies the preliminary requirements for Contractor support. A pre-proposal conference for this requirement is anticipated to be held at 2:00pm on May 2, 2017 in Panama City, Florida. If you are interested in attending this event, please contact the Contract Specialist below and provide a list of attendees and company CAGE code. This pre-solicitation conference announcement closes on 24 April 2017 and responses shall be submitted to Kristin Jacks, Contract Specialist, via e-mail at kristin.jacks@navy.mil no later than 24 April 2017, 4:00 p.m. CDT.
