- X - THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE UP TO A RANGE OF 15,700 TO 21,000 BRSF OF OFFICE SPACE IN SAN FRANCISCO, CA Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: 0349-WE-CA Posted Date: April 25, 2017 Original Response Date: May 1, 2017 Current Response Date: May 1, 2017 Classification Code: X - Lease or rental of facilities NAICS Code: 531120 -- Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) Contracting Office Address Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, 400 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC, 20219 REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 15,700 to 21,000 ANSI/BOMA Rentable Square Feet (BRSF) of office and related space in one building within the below specified delineated area in San Francisco, CA. The Government prefers contiguous space. The Government seeks a full-service lease for a period of two (2) years. LOCATION: All properties submitted to the Government must be located within the delineated area along the Market Street corridor of San Francisco, CA and bordered by the following: East The Embarcadero North Union Street West Mason Street to Market and along Market to 5th Street and along 5th Street South Brannan Street Properties located on the border streets are considered within the delineated area. LEASE TERM: Two (2) years EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN May 1, 2017 AT 5:00 PM (PDT) AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name & address; 2) Contact information and E-mail address of Lessor's Representative; 3) BOMA rentable & usable SF available (identifying the specific floors and square footage on each (with Common Area Factor) ; 4) Asking rental rate range per RSF. 5) Tenant improvement allowance per RSF. 5) Date available space will be ready for commencement of tenant improvements; Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to meet all current applicable federal, state, and local building codes and regulations, including, but not limited to, fire and life safety, accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection. Offered space shall not be located in the 100 year flood plain. Offered space shall not be in buildings owned or significantly occupied by any of the National Banks regulated by the OCC. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in this transaction. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning this space requirement with any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of OCC or their authorized representative, Savills Studley, Inc. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required no later than October 31, 2017.
