Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NC07) has a requirement for Pro Team 5TZH5 Backpack Vacuum Cleaner. The requirement will be solicited as a brand name or equal acquisition. As a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside; affording all SDVOSB/VOSB an opportunity to submit a responsible proposal. This requirement shall be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333318 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The Government shall issue a Firm-Fixed Price solicitation via fbo.gov on or around April 26, 2017 in accordance with FAR 12 and 13 Background The medical facility currently requires vacuum backpack that will meet the brand name or equal salient characteristics of Pro Team 5TZH5 Backpack Vacuum Cleaner; which is utilized to clean carpets and for meeting infection control requirements. Also this vacuum will be used in sensitive areas with delicate equipment throughout Charlie Norwood Medical facility. This is not a solicitation and the government is not entering into a binding agreement per this pre-solicitation notification.
