This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-17-Q-0478_1 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 334118, Computer Terminal and Other Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing. The Small Business Standard is 1,000 employees. This is a total Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The requirement is for acquisition of PACS Diagnostic Reading Workstation, to be delivered to Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center, 420 N.
