- Justification and Approvals - Brand Name Only Complete Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, containing Schedule of Supplies/Services, solicitation provisions and contract clauses. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attachments. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HSFLGL-17-Q-00130 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Milestone XProtect Corporate Device and Base Server licenses with Annual Care Plus maintenance, to include reinstatement fees resulting from a lapse in service, for the period of performance May 22, 2017 - May 21, 2018. This is a Brand Name Only solicitation as supported by the attached Justification and Approvals document. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. Vendors must be authorized resellers of the products provided. See attached MS Word document for Schedule of Supplies/Services, Solicitation Provisions and Contract Clauses. Questions must be submitted via email to roger.holland@fletc.dhs.gov no later than 1:00 PM Eastern on Tuesday, May 2, 2017. Quotations are due by email submission to carl.massey@fletc.dhs.gov AND to roger.holland@fletc.dhs.gov no later than 4:00 PM Eastern on Monday, May 15, 2017. Reference the RFQ number in the email subject line for both questions and quotations. Software must be licensed to the Government. Vendors must be authorized resellers of the products provided. The Federal Acquisition Regulation terms and conditions take precedence over software license terms and conditions to resolve conflicting contract language.
