- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation F17PS00500 issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 9 for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is to procure services for two database technicians for data management, programming and technical support for customized database modules that are used extensively by Service staff nationwide.
