- Vendor Questions & Answers 1. Para 2a mentions providing lodging for the role players. We would assume this is not required if they are from the local area or commuting distance? There would be no need for lodging if the role players are from the local area/commuting distance. 2. What is the designated parking area off post for Role Player vehicles? There is no designated parking off post for the role players. Role players will be able to park in the staging area on Camp Grafton. See the attached PowerPoint. 3. What are the requirements for role players to be admitted to Camp Grafton, other than a government issued ID? Role players who drive on Camp Grafton are required to have their driver's license enter the gate. Individuals without a driver's license are not allowed to drive on Camp Grafton. All role players must have a government issued ID to participate, even if they are not driving on Camp Grafton. The contractor is responsible for submitting the list of names and pictures of government ID's NLT 2 weeks prior to the exercise. This will be submitted to Camp Grafton security office. 4. What type and quality of moulage supplies does the unit require? Numbers and types of prosthetics? Stick on wounds? How much blood supply? Debris/cement powder? We require stick on wounds, cement powder, and blood supply for 2 days at 3 iterations per person per day. 5. Does the unit desire or require a moulage coordinator? Does the unit require an injury coach to prepare the RPs to better act out and sustain their roles? No we will not require a moulage coordinator. The medical section will decide how to place the moulage on the role players. 6. Will a fixed facility/building be available for the RP preparation area? If not, will the contractor be required to provide tents, tables and chairs for the RP prep/staging area? There will not be a fixed facility for role players to prepare. Contractor will provide chairs, tents to prepare role players. 7. For para RP requirements for 6-8 June, what does the PWS mean by "Provide moulage every 3 hours throughout the day"? This means we require the role players to be reset at this interval. This is the rate the role players will re-apply the moulage. 8. Is the contractor responsible for providing prop clothing for all injury rounds through Deco for all CRPs? Yes the contractor is responsible for providing prop clothing for all role players. 9. Will the contractor provide prop jewelry for CERFP unit handing? No there will be no need for prop jewelry. 10. Will the UT CERFP unit be transporting the manikins as needed for moulage and to the multiple locations for 7-8 June? The contractor will be responsible for transporting the manikins to the multiple training sites for 7-8 June. 11. With the expanded requirement for Role Player support, is there a Technical Section required now? And how many past performance references are required? There is no requirement for a technical section. There is no past performance references required. Contractor is responsible for providing real world medical capabilities to the contracted role players. Military is prohibited from providing care besides lifesaving support.
