This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing RSO/Health Physicist Services at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037. Period of Performance: 12 months from date of Award, 10/1/2017, plus four (4) option years. Services include quarterly reports to the facility on compliance to the NHPP, annual license renewals and amendments; perform annual physics evaluations using ACR standards. If this is a service your business can provide respond to this Sources Sought Notice by Wednesday, April 26, 2017; 3:00 pm. (Eastern).
