This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written Solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number VA248-17-Q-0719 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94, 2005-95-1 dated 01/19/2017. Responses should be sent to Shirley.Courtney@va.gov. NAICS and Set-aside: The NAICS is 339113 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Any firm that is not considered a SDVOSB under this NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. To receive consideration as SDVOSB the firm must be registered and verified in the VIP database at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Also, to receive a government award, the contractor must be currently registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-fixed price contract. An award will be made to Lowest Price quote, which conforms to the requirements within this solicitation and represents the best price to the government.
