Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice to solicit for a contractor to provide Next Generation Sequencing/Genetic Laboratory Testing Services for the West Roxbury, MA Veteran Affairs Medical Center (herein referred to as VAMC). This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ Contract) for a 5 year period of performance to commence 5/15/2017 through 5/14/2022 with a 6 month option to obtain the above stated laboratory testing services. The overall goal is to meet the West Roxbury VAMC s need by providing the specified laboratory testing services in a timely and professional manner. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted on or about 4/18/2017. The applicable NAICS code is 621511 with a $32.5 Million Dollar Size Standard. The FSC/PSC is Q301. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
