- Amendment 00001 is issued to correct the typo on the site visit day. The site visit is scheduled for Wednesday April 26, 2017 at 9:00 AM in lieu of Tuesday April 26, 2017. The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13 and is requesting quotes for the procurement of services to replace a ROOF TOP HVAC Unit on building A3 located in Columbia, MO. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) Submit written quotes and required documents on RFQ G17PS00436 to Beth Wilson at bwilson@usgs.gov. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations and are attached. This small business set-aside has the associated NAICS code 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The Size Standard is $15.0 Millions of Dollars. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. This requirement is FOB Destination pricing to Columbia, MO 65201.
