- Atch 2 - WD 15-5367 (Rev.-3), 3 Jan 17 Atch 1 - SOW THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF GREASE AND SAND TRAPS BPA REQUIREMENT, SEE ALL ATTACHMENTS. **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** **DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR A POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION. Ellsworth AFB in South Dakota is seeking sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial service for a Grease and Sand Traps Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) proposed in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW), provided in this sources sought. All interested parties are invited to provide information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS PROJECT WHEN IT IS FORMALLY ADVERTISED, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS If your firm has an interest in proposing on this possible future requirement and believe they can meet the Governments request then you are invited to submit, in writing, a complete capabilities package. At a minimum the capability statement shall state skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform this type of work. Include the following: 1. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number, email address, website, and CAGE Code. 2. Company's business size and/or socioeconomic status (i.e. Small Business, SBA Certified 8A Program Participant, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Woman- Owned Small Business). 3. A positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract as a prime contractor. 4. Offeror's Joint Venture, Partnering Agreement, or Mentor-Protégé information if applicable - existing and potential. 5. If you are a small business, are you considering submitting a proposal as a prime contractor? The information requested will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. **Responses are due NOT LATER THAN 4:30PM MST, WEDNESDAY, 19 April 2017, and shall only be submitted electronically to garrett.murray@us.af.mil and corey.hooper@us.af.mil. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUE A PROCUREMENT COMMITMENT BY THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE. NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. RESPONSE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY; NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN REPSONSE TO THIS NOTICE OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS.
