Specifics regarding what is needed. Please fill out and submit to the POC listed. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine price and availability (P&A) from potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement as follows. NAICS Code: 541519, 541512, 541513 The scope of work is for performance in Iraq for supplying MEMEX Equipment, Software, Installation Services and Field Service Representative (FSR) Support. For purposes of pricing, the Rough order of Magnitude (ROM) should reflect the cost of performing the scope in Baghdad, Iraq, to include life support and security. Responses do not require transportation and shipping quoted. Government will pay for transportation and shipping. Responses must include price, availability, lead times and the schedule stated in months after contract award for each identified task. All responses must be provided on the spreadsheet which is included in this market survey solicitation. This scope of work requires the vendor to supply the following equipment and services: 1a-Memex Server Suite w/Racks, qty 2 1b-PC Workstations, qty 50 1c-Main Server, qty 1 1d-Backup Server, qty 1 1e-Desktops, qty 20 2a-Switch, qty 4 2b-Cisco Firewall, qty 1 2c-Cisco 24-port switch, qty 1 2d-Aruba PoE switch, qty 1 2e-Cisco 48-port switch, qty 1 2f-Keyboard, qty 50 2g-Wireless Network, qty 1 3-APC UPS, qty 1 4a-Memex Software, qty 60 4b-Memex Upgrade to exisiting systems, 1 LOT 5-Installation Services 6-Field Service Representative P&A responses should not be bundled with a bottom-line figure. ROM values must be broken down into equipment or services. All P&A responses must be submitted on the enclosed spreadsheet. The vendor shall also indicate the following in their response: a) Business size. b) If the vendor has previously performed work in Iraq. c) If the vendor has experience with delivering, installing and integrating MEMEX equipment and software. d) If the vendor has received satisfactory CPARS rating for contracts performed in Iraq in the past three years. For all equipment and software listed in this market survey, services include conducting installation, integration, verification, validation, test and evaluation. Included are deliverables of as-built drawings, as-configured files, test plans, test material, viewshed report and various other reports not listed to be released to the US Government. Installation services will be conducted in one location and will require coordinated site access. Include one site survey to be conducted prior to installation services. Contractor travel expenses, life support and physical security are included. Line Item 006, in-country field service representative (FSR). FSR support includes the following: The FSR will provide all engineering and logistics support required for the maintenance of the MEMEX Network. This support includes hardware repair, remote site support throughout Iraq, engineering technical support, backup redundant services and help desk services. The FSR will provide support services to include operations and maintenance of the Iraq MEMEX Network to ensure optimal performance and provide troubleshooting and first level technical support (resolve basic consumer issues.) Support will be provided on a 24/7 basis. These services will support networking, routing and firewalls for the MEMEX network. The FSR will work with the operations team in developing processes and procedures for network troubleshooting and provide first and second level technical support. FSR support provides on the job training for all equipment and software listed in this market survey. Contractor travel expenses, life support and physical security are included.
