Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement listed below for preventive maintenance and repair of all DEA owned cafeteria equipment. May 1, 2017- April 30, 2018. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to The Electric Motor Repair Company, as they are the only source that is certified by all manufacturers of the equipment and the only company certified to work on the Cafeteria equipment. A Limited Sources Justification is approved and on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted to Nina.M.Montgomery@usdoj.gov no later than April 13, 2017 at 11:00am Eastern Standard Time. Line item 0001: PERFORM QUARTERLY MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES. (4 QUARTERS) Line Item 0002: ESTIMATED ANNUAL REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF UNREPAIRABLE EQUIPMENT AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING OF KITCHEN EXHAUST SYSTEM INCLUSIVE OF ALL LABOR COST. (1 YEAR) Line Item 0003: RELAMP OF UV LIGHT BANK CASSETTES FOR GRILL HOOD SYSTEM AT THE 7000 HOUR INTERVAL. (1 YEAR)
