Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS ANNUAL DIAGNOSTICS PHYSICS SURVEY. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Memphis VA Medical Center, Quality Management & Improvement Dept., located at 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN 38104. The Quality Management & Improvement Dept. needs a Blanket Purchase Agreement for one (1) base year + (4) one-year options to renew for Annual Diagnostics Physics Survey. This procurement will be a VOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $20.5 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about April 11th, 2017. These dates are subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
