- Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of Project Manager (PM) Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (WIN-T) is conducting a Market Survey/Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide Monitor and Control (M&C) Software, hardware, and support. The result of this market research/sources sought will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be procured through other than full and open competition. Telephone inquires will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to industry on submitted capabilities statements. Interested parties should demonstrate the experience, software capabilities, and technical capability necesasry to perform the requirements described herein. The requirement is to provide Monitor and Control (M&C) software, hardware, and non-personal support services. The Government considered North Amercian Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210 "Software Publishers" as the preponderant NAICS for this effort. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Interested parties responding to this market survey/sources sought are requested to provide the applicable information requested below. a) Company Name, address, primary Points of Contact (POC) and POC e-mail address, telephone number, CAGE Code, and DUNS number. b) Provide a brief description(s) of interested parties capability provided for the same or similiar software and services required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). c) Features of potential proposed Monitor and Control (M&C) Software d) Provide potential risks to technical, schedule, and costs elements for the draft PWS. e) Identify PWS requirements that may impact cost. f) Provide Comments on the DRAFT PWS and identify any potential subcontractor arrangements. Interested parties shall submit there capabilities statement in MS Word 12 point Times New Roman Font with no less than one-inch margins. Capabilities Statements to include the above information shall not exceed seven (7) pages total.
