- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 10943412-0001 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2017-04-19 14:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Marietta, GA 30060 The National Guard - Georgia requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Lodging: Contractor shall provide lodging for approximately 300 attendees on Friday, July 14, 2017 and Saturday, July 15, 2017. Lodging rates must be within Federal Government per diem rate and in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation. Hotel will need to be a 4 or higher rating. Military Family Support Branch (MFSB) will provide rooming list one month prior to event start date, all rooms not used will be turned in at no cost to the government. SEE PWS FOR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE., 1, Job; LI 002: Meeting Rooms: One General Session room for 200 people, 7 Break Out rooms (25- 50 classroom style) for classes; 4 additional Kids Rooms (for 10-25 per room). We also need storage area, registration area, and office space. All meeting room space must adequately hold the required number of persons without any adverse restrictions on Retreat attendees, or interference in the meeting process. SEE PWS FOR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE., 1, Job; LI 003: Audio Visual Equipment Requirement: AV Package includes 2 screens, 2 projectors and mixer for General Session room. SEE PWS FOR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE., 1, Job; LI 004: FOOD & BEVERAGE: Contractor shall be able to successfully seamlessly facilitate the following meals for 200 Adults/100 Kids. Please note meal type, quantity, and date: Lunch/Dinner on Friday; Breakfast/AM Break/Lunch/PM Break on Saturday; Breakfast/AM Break on Sunday. SEE PWS FOR FOOD & BEVERAGE BREAKDOWN, 1, Job; LI 005: ACTIVITIES: Provide kids activities and transportation to these venues. SEE PWS FOR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE., 1, Job; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at www.fedbid.com. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Georgia intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Georgia is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com.
