Description
GSA Public Buildings Service Expressions of Interest Sought The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Salt Lake City, UT, that will be expiring and is considering remaining in the space under a succeeding lease under GSAR 570.402, but is interested in considering alternative space that meets the Government's requirements if such alternative space would be economically advantageous. In making its determination about whether alternative space is economically advantageous, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating to the alternative space, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure (estimated at $150 psf), and non-productive agency downtime. The Government will not consider expressions of interest it receives after the deadline established for the receipt of expressions of interest. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 13,000 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet. State:Utah City:Salt Lake City Delineated Area:Beginning at the intersection of 2400 West and N Temple East to the intersection of N 1000 W North north to the intersection of N 1000W and W600N East to W 600N turns into W700N to the intersection of W700 N and 2200 W south to the intersection of 2200 W and N Temple east to the intersection of 2200 West and N Temple. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):13,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. The offered space and all parking must be accessible in compliance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS), all fire and life safety requirements, General Services Administration's sustainability standards, and seismic requirements. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Close proximity to major highways and egress for large commercial vehicles and buses to the building and parking lot.
