Description

Solicitation RFP CSOSA-17-R-0015 Training on Evidence-Based Practices & Cognitive Behavioral Intervention This Request for Proposal is for non-personal services to provide training on Evidence-Based Practices (EBP) and Cognitive Behavioral intervention (CBI) strategies. The goals of training are to 1) assess staff's current knowledge base in EBPs and staff's CBI skill sets at the start of contract performance; and 2) provide staff training in order to increase staff member's knowledge of, proficiency in, and ability to effectively apply in the field of cummunity corrections; and 3) assess staff's post-training knowledge base in EBPs and CBI sill sets as a measure of the success of the training. The Office of Procurement anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to the offeror whose proposal presents the best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered. Each proposal shall consist of two volumes: Volume 1 - Technical (including past performance) Volume 2 - Price

Address: The contractor shall perform all work identified in this contract, other than the work to conduct the training courses, at the Contractor’s facility. The Contractor shall conduct training courses at any CSOSA location (within the Washington D.C. metro area) identified by the COR.
