*PRESOLICITATION NOTICE* The VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the VA Medical Center in San Juan, PR to interested sources to provide the following line items: ITEM # 1 Soiled Sorting Weight Sling Carts: Seven (7) each soiled sorting sling carts ITEM # 2 Scrub Large Volume Dispenser One (1) each large volume scrub dispenser machine ITEM # 3 Medium Production Combination Spreader Feeding Machine One (1) Each ITEM # 4 Medium Production Combination Folder Cross Folder Machine and Large Piece Stacker with Conveyor One (1) Each ITEM # 5 Large Piece Blanket Folder: One (1) Each ITEM # 6 Production Wash Systems and Associated Components that Include 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D: 6A 500/600 LB Washer-extractor: Two (2) each, 500/600 lb. 6B 300/400 LB Washer-extractor: One (1) each, 300/400 lb. 6C Wash System Controls: One (1) each wash system controls 6D. Staph Barrier Wall One (1) each ITEM # 7 110/120 STEAM HEATED DRYING AND CONDITIONING TUMBLER WITH INTERNAL LINT COLLECTION: Relocate existing two (2) each 110/120-pound Steam heated dryer. ITEM # 8 90/100 Pound Washer Extractor with Steam Injection: Two (2) each, ITEM # 9 400/500 Pound Steam Heated Drying And Conditioning Tumbler And External Lint Collection System: Include 9A, 9B 9A One (1) each 400/500 pound steam heated dryer 9B Waste Managed Automated Lint Collection System One (1) each ITEM 10 Clean Side and Soiled Side Recessed Floor Scales: Two (2) each ITEM 11 Refurbish Semi Automated Soiled/Clean Side Monorail Systems, Soiled Storage Conveyor and Soiled Accumulator: Refurbish Automated Monorail System on soiled and clean sides of the textile care processing facility ITEM 12 Embroidery Machine Single Head Stand alone Embroidery Machine: One (1) each ITEM 13 Energy Monitoring System One (1) Sysem ITEM 14 Air Filtration System: Three (3) each This equipment is to be installed at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center located in San Juan, PR. using NAICS code 333318. Small Business Size Standard 1000 employees are applicable to determine business size standard.
