SYNOPSIS This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to obtain information from all eligible, responsible and VIP (Vendor Information Pages) verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) only. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Additional information about the Veterans First Contracting Program can be located at https://www.va.gov/OSDBU/index.asp DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMEMT The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7 anticipates a need for temporary clinical staff/locum tenens to supplement the VA workforce located within the Veterans Integrated Service Network 7 VA Medical Centers and Community Based Outpatient Centers located in Alabama, South Carolina and Georgia. Specific quantities of hours, specialties and work locations cannot be determined at this time. The estimated magnitude of the need is approximately 0-50 Full Time Equivalents (FTE = 2,080 hrs) for the next 12 months. Specialties to include: General Family Physician to include occupation medicine, urgent care, and geriatric medicine Emergency Medicine Physicians Internal Medicine Physicians to include Cardiovascular, Gastroenterology, Pulmonary, Oncology Nephrology, Hospitalist, Invasive Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Rheumatology, Endocrinologist, Infectious Disease and Allergist Otolaryngologist Physicians Radiology Physicians, to include diagnostic, MRI/Mammogram, Interventional and Oncology Urology Physicians Registered Nurses Physician Assistants Nurse Practitioner Dosimetrist The NAICS code is 561320 $25.5M POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: 1) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), business size (i.e., small/large) and DUNS Number. 2) Provide a Statement of Capability (no longer than 5 pages) that demonstrates the offeror's past performance in providing this type of service and identify specifically how the SDVO SBC prime contractor personnel will perform atleast 50% of the clinical service (Limitations on Subcontracting) 3) Submit Capability Statements via email to Charles.hughes@va.gov. No phone calls will be entertained in reference to this request. AT THIS TIME NO SOLICITATION EXISTS.
