- Description
- (Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru will issue a solicitation for janitorial services. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. Major duties and responsibilities are to perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, stairways, sidewalks and patios for approximately a total of 21,459 Sq Mt. per year. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in April, 2017. This solicitation will be advertised in FED BIZOPPS and Embassy website - no paper copies will be mailed.
