- Vendor Price Proposal Schedule Rill-In Updated Specifications Updated Statement of Work Changes Addendum FA4661-17-R-0001 Amendment 0001 for inclusion of Type I and Type III Reflective Markings Solicatation FA4661-17-R-0001 is for Airfield and Street Paving IDIQ. - This requirement is being solicited as a Competitive HUBZone Set-Aside and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. - The designated NAICS code is 237310, Highw ay, Street, and Bridge Construction, Size Standard: $36.5M - Magnitude of construction w ill be determined at the task order level. - Sections K, L, and M will be physically removed from any resultant aw ard, but w ill be deemed incorporated by reference in the aw ard. - A site visit shall be scheduled on 11 April 2017 at 1:00 PM (CST). Only one Site visit will be conducted. All interested parties must fill out the site visit registration form attached to this document and email to stephen.aguerocheek@us.af.mil AND merry.sargentgreen@us.af.mil no laterthan 5 April 2017 at 07:30 AM (CST). - Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to Site Visit. - All questions w ill be due by 14 April 2017. - ELECTRONIC RFPs are required; RFPs printed or on CDs may be MAILED or HANDCARRIED to ATTN: A1C Stephen A. Aguero-Cheek/Mrs. Merry Sargent-Green, 7 CONS/LGCA, 381 Third St. Bldg 7238, Dyess AFB, TX 79607. Please ensure we receive your RFP no later than the date/time in block 13A of this document. All prices should be valid through 28 Oct 2017. - All inspection and acceptance w ill be done by the Government - See attached documents for FA4661-17-R-0001 and attached documents
