Description

Page 1 of 1 Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 is currently seeking a fully developed Interactive Patient Care (IPC) System to improve Veterans experience, patient satisfaction, education, and access to information about their healthcare and services in seven (7) VA Health Care Systems (VAHCS). This may include additional equipment (swing arms, footwall-mounted, and floor mounted televisions) and software to support the IPC system in all medical, surgical, SCI, Poly-trauma, Physical Rehabilitation, Community Living Center, and other patient areas. Offerors must have the ability to use existing IPC equipment and resources, and ensure that equipment is compatible with existing IPC systems to provide the same level of current operational functionality. Each Medical Facility is responsible for maintaining internet service with their local internet service provider for the IPC system. The Government may solicit and award a contract for a base year with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The applicable NAICS for this service is 541519- Other Computer Related Services. To be considered for this requirement, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM - https://www.sam.gov). This notice is published to determine sources capable of providing the services required. Those companies capable and interested in a near future procurement should respond via email to keila.president@va.gov; subject line to read: Sources Sought Response VISN 8 Interactive Patient Care System Requirement and provide the following information: Name and address of company; DUNS number; Primary Point of Contact with phone number and email address; Socio-economic status and any pertinent information, which demonstrated firm s ability to meet the requirement.
