- EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is L17PS00371 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This is a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621111. The small business size standard is $11 million. The Schedule of Items are as follows: Service Type Total Lump Sum Medical Emergency Services $ The complete description of the Schedule of Items can be found on the attached ¿Terms and Conditions ¿ document.
